Changing The Order Of Employees On The Appointment Book

  • Go to Apt Book (or press F9 on the keyboard).

  • Click on the Options section on the left hand side of the screen 
  • Select Calender View Options.

  • Click on the Color Codes tab at the top.

  • At the bottom of the window is Employee & Resource Colour Codes and Appointment Book Order.
  • To change the order of your employees, highlight an employee you would like to move and use the Move Up & Move Down buttons to move them up or down the list accordingly. The employee at the top of the list will show up in the first column on the left on the Appointment Book screen, the 2nd one down in the list will show up in the 2nd column on the left, and so on.
  • Click Apply and then OK to save and return to the Appointment Book.
