Adding Price Exceptions For Services/Staff

PLEASE NOTE: YOU SHOULD SET THE DEFAULT PRICE 
FOR THE SERVICE AS THE HIGHEST AMOUNT 
THAT YOU WILL CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE. 
YOU THEN CREATE EXCEPTIONS FOR THOSE 
EMPLOYEES WHO CHARGE A LOWER AMOUNT.
 
  • Go to services


 
  • Select the service you want to add a price exception for


 
  •  Next to the box that says 'Price' you will see a box for 'Exceptions'. Click this.


 
  • Select 'Add'.


 
  • Select the employee you wish to add the price exception in for  and then press OK.
  • Now enter the price that you charge for that service when performed by this employee.
  • Repeat this process for any staff with price exceptions that are different to the default price for the service and then click OK, followed by Save.
  • You should now see the price for the employee listed below the default price.
