Selling & Redeeming A Course Of Treatments

  • Create a ticket for the customer​ as usual.
  • Double click under the ID box or select Add Item To Ticket.

  • Search for the course that you have created and select it.

  • You will now see the total cost of the course has been worked out based on the individual price & the quantity (as were set when creating the course).​

  • ​Take payment for the course and Check Out/Close the ticket as normal. You will see a Pop-Up message appear on screen advising that a pre-paid quantity of that service has been added to the client. The quantity will be the total number purchased minus the total number used. Click OK.

  • When the client wants to use one of their Pre-Paid services, create a ticket for them and resell the exact same course.​ Once selected, it will find that there are pre-paid services attached to that client. It will tell you the amount they have left also. 
  • Select Redeem Pre-Paid Service
  • Enter how many of this service you wish to redeem.

  • You will now see in the ticket that the service is added, but there is no value attached to it (as they have already paid for the services). Select Schedule/Leave Open and they will be booked into the appointment book as usual. Once the service has been completed, Check Out/Close ​as normal and Rebook if this is required.
