Putting Products On Order

  • When the stock count of a product reaches its reorder point (as set in auto reorder for that product in question), then a purchase order will be created and it will appear on the Product Reordering screen under the Products that Need to be Ordered section. This can be reached by selecting Product Ordering from the Products & Services drop down menu. (or Ctrl and I on keyboard).



  • On the left hand side, you will see a section called Display. Here you will find options that include Products that need to be ordered. Select this option.



  • Double-click on any product that appears on this list. This will create a purchase order for this product.
 

 
  • Verify that the information on the Purchase is correct and press Save. This will place the product on order.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Salon Iris doesn't contact your vendors and place the order for you. This task is the responsibility of the user. The software simply tracks what products need to be ordered and those products that are currently on order.
