Taking Deposits

  • Create a ticket for the person paying the deposit




 
  • Select Special from the bottom right hand corner of the Ticket Information screen. Then select Client Balance followed by Add Additional Credit.




 
  • Type in how much money you are taking for the deposit




 
  • Close out the ticket and take the payment and this will then add that deposit value to the client.
  • Now create the ticket for the service that they are having (or go into the ticket you have already made) and you will get a pop up message letting you know that they have money on their account




 
  • Go down to the Special button again, select Client Balance but this time select Use Available Credit.




 
  • You will now have a box pop up asking you how much of the customers available credit you wish to use on this ticket. Type in the amount that you have taken for the deposit for that ticket.




 
  • You will now see the deposit added onto the ticket and the balance owed by the customer will be adjusted accordingly. You can now either leave the ticket open if the customer has not had the service yet, or close the ticket out if you are ready to take the full payment.
