Adding The Balance Of A Ticket To A Clients Account/Tab

  • From the Ticket Information window, click the Special button.
 

  • Click on Client Balance and then click on the Close Ticket and Amount Due to Client's Balance.
 

 
  • ​A box will pop up stating that The Tender is Less Than the Total. Select Record Amount Due.


 
  • You will now see confirmation of the money being added to that clients account.


 
  • Now, when you next go to create a ticket for that client, you will get a message telling you that the client has an outstanding balance to be paid.
