Manage/Change Business Information Settings For Online Booking

  • Click Business Details.

  • Make sure that all the Business Information is correct. Once you have amended this section, click Save Changes.
  • Under Business Hours, set which days you are open and then enter your opening times. This information is taken and used on the contact details of your website. This DOES NOT affect your Salon Iris software. Click Save Changes once finished.
  • Under Services Offered, click on any services that your business performs. This information is used to help promote your business through search providers like Google & Yahoo. If it is highlighted in Pink, then it is selected. If it is highlighted in White then it is not selected. Click Save Changes once finished.
  • Under Amenities That You Offer, select any Amenities that are available at your business. If they are highlighted in Pink then it is selected. If it is highlighted in White then it is not selected. Click Save Changes once all amendments have been made.
  • Google Analytics Tracking if enabled allows you track detailed statistics about your websites traffic. For help with setting up Google Analytics, please CLICK HERE. (This is Google related and we cannot provide support on Google services) 
  • Finally, Social Media Integration allows you to link any social media sites you have for your business. Click on the relevant social media icon and this will open a box for the web address of your page. Enter the address and click Save Account

  • Once all social media sites have been added, click Save Changes.

  • Click on Coupons and Specials.

  • You will now see any coupons that you have made inside your Salon Iris software (DON'T FORGET TO LABEL THE ONLINE OFFERS AS *ONLINE ONLY* IF NEEDED INSIDE YOUR DESKTOP SOFTWARE). Click Edit.

  • ​In the Edit Special screen, you can add an image to the offer. 
IMPORTANT: In the Detailed Special Description, add a note saying that the client MUST add that they are using this offer. Salon Iris cannot automatically apply a coupon on a service, 
so by adding this to the appointment request, it should prompt staff to apply the offer when the request itself arrives at your system.

  • Once you have made all changes, click Save Special.​
  • You will now see whatever you wrote in the Detailed Description section. You can also tick the box to decide if you want to show this Special on your website or not. Tick the box if you do, Untick if you do not.

  • Once you have set up all your offers with Detailed Descriptions​ and decided which offers will show on your website, click Back To Options.
  • When a client makes a booking, they should add a comment like the image below to specify they are after the offer.

  • When you receive the Appointment Request, you will see in the comments section that they have added the code as described in the Specials section.

  • After you have Accepted the request, you will need to apply the coupon itself to the ticket. For a guide on doing this, please search for coupons on this site.

  • Click On Appointment Request Log.

  • ​This will show you by default a list of your Online Appointments. You can view more details of any of these Appointments by clicking View.
  • To view Offline requests, click the Type drop down menu and select Offline.

  • You will now have a list of any Offline requests that have been made​. Under the Reviewed drop down menu, you can narrow down your search also.

  • On both Online and Offline requests, you have the options to Search By Details and to alter the Date Range.​

  • Once you have finished, click Back To Options.
