Logging In To Remote Access

PLEASE NOTE: For Remote Access to work, your PC must to be 
connected to the internet and have Salon Iris running. 

These settings (amongst other changes) will have been made​ by your Salon Iris support engineer whilst setting up the service. 

If you have tried to set up this service yourself, please call 0121 314 4402 and speak to our sales team who can make sure everything is in order. They will then transfer you to a member of our Support Team who can connect to your machine 
and make sure everything is set up to work correctly.


  • Go to
  • Click on the Salon Iris Cloud Log-In button in the bottom left hand corner of the webpage.

  • ​Enter your login email address and password (These will have been confirmed in the set up process).

  • ​You will now see your Appointment Book and all of the options for using Remote Access.


  • Go to the App Store.

  • Go to the search bar in top right hand corner and search for Salon Iris.

  • Select to download and install the Salon Iris app.

  • Once the app has downloaded, go back to your Home Screen and click the Salon Iris app.

  • Enter your login details.

  • You will now see your Appointment Book and the options available on your Salon Iris app.


  • Go to the Google Play store app.

  • Search for the Salon Iris app.

  • Select the Salon Iris app from the list.​

  • Select to Install the app.

  • Read the disclaimer and press Accept.

  • You will now see the app downloading.

  • ​Once the app has downloaded, select Open.

  • Enter your login details.

  • You will now see your Appointment Book and the other options available.
