Viewing/Editing Client Loyalty Points

  • Go to the Clients Screen. (or press F7 on the keyboard)

  • Select the client that you wish to edit.

  • Click on the Balance and Loyalty Points tab.

  • You will see the clients Loyalty Points Balance listed here. You also have three options;
  1. Set to Exact Value - Select this and type in the exact number of Loyalty Points that client should have.
  2. Increase Points - This option will add to the already existing total. (i.e. If they have 8 points already, adding 2 will give them 10 points).
  3. Decrease Points - This option is used to remove points from a clients existing total. (i.e. an existing balance of 10 points, if you enter 2 then it will drop this down to 8 points).
  • You also have the option to View Loyalty Point History to see what changes have been made and what services have been used using Loyalty Points.

  • Once you have made all changes you wish to make, press Save.​

Please Note: When a ticket is closed, loyalty points are automatically added or subtracted to a client's record; then, a pop-up window will appear saying that the client's loyalty points have decreased or increased.
