Creating A Waiting List

  • Go to the Clients drop down menu and select 'Edit Waste List'.

  • Click Add Entry

  • Select the client you wish to add to the wait list.

  • Fill in any relevant comments related to the client/wait list entry.

  • Select whether the client is waiting for an appointment in the lobby, whether they're waiting for any free slot over the next few days, or whether they're after a slot on specific days.

  • Select whether the client has a specific time they're after an appointment between or whether they're available all day on any day chosen.

  • Select the service/s they client wishes to have. Then press OK in the bottom right hand corner.

  • Click Wait List Settings

  • Set these to look for wait list entries based on whatever specifications you would like. By default, we would suggest the settings in the image below.

  • Based on those settings, if an appointment/ticket is cancelled or deleted, then it will pop up with a wait list notification with anyone waiting for an appointment. Click on View Available Appointments for this Entry.

  • Select the slot and employee you wish to book the client in with (make sure you have ticked the box marked 'Select') and then click Create Ticket.

  • You can now schedule this ticket as normal.
